We want you to love your WOUF pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
